James Moritz
Creative Director, Partner
James Moritz has a proven history of over two decades working with the top tier brands and celebrities as a celebrity fashion photographer. Some of the brands he worked with include Chanel, Dior, L'Oreal, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman as well as Cher, Kylie Minogue, Victoria & David Beckham, Kate Moss, even Tom Brady. During the pandemic Moritz discovered NFT artwork and began selling some of his work on Foundation and OpenSea. He quickly realized the potential for branding using NFTs and began working with clients to develop a business model.
Miss J was the first celebrity James worked with to create a J-Walk concept of NFTs which evolved into Miss J's Crypto Couture. Over time Crypto Coutureâ„¢ ultimately evolved into the in-house Fashion Incubator Brand sold on SuperPopDrop.com which was created to fund our passion project SuperPhoenix.org.
Moritz and Hill lead a photography workshop during the "Man in the City" project by the Hetrick Martin Insti
tue. During the 10 year anniversary James re-connected with three former students who had been part of the original program and had found a career and made their name as an artist and creator. These three former students now successful artists claimed that if they had not been part of the "Man in the City" project and worked with us that they probably would still be out on the streets. After discovering such little effort resulted in lives changed Moritz came up with the SuperPhoenix.org project and has been working towards launching the community ever since. We hope that the MVFW collection will sell out which will enable us to get the project off the ground.
